You can guide on the comet's nucleus since it is fairly star like.  PHD2 or other guiding software programs will not have an issue.  If you don't want to do that, you can guide on a star but need to keep your exposures at 1 minute or shorter since Leonard is moving rather quickly.  I noticed exposures longer than 1 minute last night showed trailing.  I was using my Stowaway with the .8x TCC

I'm looking for guidance on how best to track a comet.  I'm looking at Comet Leonard through a Stowaway as it passes by globular clusterZ.   Tonight looks to be a good imaging night and any help would be much appreciated.
